I often find that the cause of conflicts is not a lack of love, but speaking 'different languages.' As a psychopedagogue, I understand the processes of deep psychology, but as a coach, I focus on the solution.
In my work, I don't draw templates for my clients. As an Accredited Motivational Map Expert, I use a diagnostic tool that makes the invisible visible: it shows you exactly what drives you, your child or your colleagues. Once we have a map, we can't get lost.
