GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GTC)
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making a purchase or ordering a service on the website. By submitting your purchase/order, you accept the terms and conditions described herein.

Subject of the contract The scope of these GTC covers the services provided through the website operated by the Service Provider (hereinafter referred to as the Website) (in particular: individual and family coaching, mediation, communication training, motivational map). The contract is concluded electronically between the customer (hereinafter referred to as the Client) and the Service Provider, in Hungarian.
Ordering process The Customer selects the desired service or time on the Website. During the reservation or order, he provides his contact and billing information. Before finalizing the order, he checks the data and then sends the order/reservation. The Service Provider sends an automatic confirmation of receipt of the order by e-mail. The contract is concluded with the confirmation.
Prices and payment terms The prices shown are in Hungarian forints and are subject to tax (or gross prices, if VAT is applicable). Available payment methods: Bank transfer (Advance payment): To the bank account number stated in the order confirmation. Online credit card payment: Through the website during the booking. Cash: Only in the case of a personal consultation in Gödön. Payment deadline (in the case of transfer): 3 working days from the order confirmation.
Performance / Use of the Service The Service Provider performs the service at the pre-arranged time. Methods of performance: Personal consultation (at a pre-arranged time: Göd) Online consultation (on a pre-arranged online platform)
Right of withdrawal The Customer (if he/she qualifies as a consumer) is entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal pursuant to Government Decree 45/2014. (II.26.). The Customer may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of ordering the service. The intention to withdraw must be indicated by e-mail (hello@bukipeter.hu). The Service Provider will refund the paid fee within 14 days of withdrawal. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: The consumer may not exercise the right of withdrawal in the case of a contract for the provision of services after the entire service has been performed, if the enterprise has begun the performance with the express prior consent of the consumer, and the consumer has acknowledged that he/she will lose his/her right of withdrawal after the entire service has been performed.
Complaint Handling The Customer may file a complaint with the Service Provider via the contact details (telephone or e-mail). The Service Provider will investigate the complaints and respond in writing within 30 days at the latest. If the complaint cannot be remedied, the Customer may contact the Conciliation Board at his/her place of residence.
Limitation of liability The Service Provider is not liable for any technical errors that may occur on the site or for any damages resulting from the downtime of the internet network.
Copyright All content of the website (text, photos, graphics, logo) is the intellectual property of Péter Büki and is protected by copyright. Unauthorized copying or use is prohibited.
Other provisions The contract will not be registered. The contract is governed by Hungarian law. The Service Provider is entitled to unilaterally amend the GTC, which will not affect orders already placed.
